THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE SUPERVISOR FOR EXPLOITATION WORKS OF GAS SYSTEM CONTROL, MEASURING DEVICES AND AUTOMATION DEVICES
The program is designed to prepare the supervisors for exploiting works with the gas system control, measuring devices and automation devices.
The supervisors for exploiting works with gas system control, measuring devices and automation are needed at the gas supply and consumption companies to organize the exploitation of these devices and automation.
The supervisors learn to safely and properly organize the exploitation works of gas system control, measuring devices and automation.
The training program for ‘gas system control measuring devices and automation devices’ exploitation works supervisor’ is for training the persons that have higher electrotechnical education of high qualification (HQ).
The theoretical training part of the program is of a larger scope (takes 88 hours), while the training of practical skills gets a smaller part of time – 24 hours.
To the persons, who have learned the material of this training program and passed the exam, the nationally recognized training certificates of program completion are issued (code 3106).
Those persons who have the completion certificate, can work as supervisors for exploitation works of gas system control, measuring devices and automation and perform dangerous works with gas in any gas supplying company.
The persons who complete the training will know:
Gas system control, measuring devices and automation purposes, construction types, working principles, the instructions for their exploitation.
The regulatory documents (rules, regulations, instructions) stating the requirements and order of implementation of exploitation works of gas system control, measuring devices and automation.
Actions, in case of dangerous (extreme) situations (gas leakage, fire and other), failure of gas devices, equipment.
legal acts related to work activity and work documentation.
occupational, fire safety and electric safety, workplace hygiene requirements.
The persons who complete the training will be able to:
organize and implement the exploitation of gas system control, measuring devices and automation.
use the graphic documentation (projects, schemes of fulfilment) of gas systems correctly.
correctly use the control and measuring devices.
correctly use individual protective measures.
give first aid in various cases of health damage (suffocation by gas or in case of poisoning by combustion products, in case of a burn, electrification by electric current and other), to perform artificial respiration and external heart massage.
