The training program for the stoker of vapor (up to 0,05 MPa) and water heating (up to 110° C) boilers fired with solid and liquid fuel

The purpose of the program – to train and prepare vapor (up to 0,05 MPa) and water heating (up to 110° C) boilers fired with solid and liquid fuel stoker to properly and safely exploit this type of boiler, additional equipment of boiler room, protection, control and regulating devices, control measurement devices.
The program consists of theoretical training subjects and practice. During the theoretical training, the trainees get to know about vapor (up to 0,05 MPa) and water heating (up to 110° C) boilers fired with solid and liquid fuel construction, working principles, requirements for safe exploitation and maintenance of these boilers, their characteristic failures and work disruptions. The trainees learn the order of actions performed by stoker, in cases of starting a boiler and stopping a boiler, when the working of boilers and their equipment is testing, and when the threat of accident is noticed. The trainees are introduced to the documentation of boiler room and its completion.
The practical training, according to this program, is implemented at an industrial company or other organization, which is capable of providing needed conditions for training the necessary skills while burning vapor (up to 0,05 MPa) and water heating (up to 110° C ) boilers.
