THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE TECHNOLOGICAL OIL REFINING, VAPOR AND HOT WATER PIPING OPERATOR

During the 48 hours of theoretical program part, the staff serving piping is introduced to the main requirements of ‘Vapor and hot water piping instalment and safe exploitation regulations’, and the technological piping rules RD used in the petrochemicals and oil refining industry. The main effort of the theoretical course is to introduce the employees to the construction of piping, fitting mounted in them, the control devices. Most of attention is focused on safe exploitation of this type of piping, launch and stopping processes. The reasons of hydraulic hits are explained, it is taught about reading piping schemes.
 

After the theoretical course is finished, the operators are sent to a permanent work position for manufacturing training. This training is led by an experienced high category piping operator.

After completing all the course, the operators take an exam at a qualification board and get a professional training certificate (code 3106) with an attestation certificate, where it is stated that the operator is granted the right to serve technological and vapor and hot water piping.
