This training program gives trainees the knowledge about oil products and bioproducts, the order of fuel collection, sales and storage, the order of document completion, basics of production, the regulations for selling food and general-purpose goods, basic psychology of customer service and the requirements of health and safety instructions for operation employees working in fueling stations of oil products.
